For this highly-visible role based in the US, you will help private companies and issuers reach investors to raise capital. Reporting directly to the CMO, this role will:

  • Own demand generation from end-to-end including campaign ideation, kickoffs with stakeholders and partners, overseeing task completion, campaign set-up and launch, and reporting result/KPIs.

  • Partner with the Customer Success team to develop and execute a launch strategy for each new client initiative.

  • Partner with internal Product Managers to ensure the user journey for investing is simple, clear, intuitive, and frictionless.

  • Build and execute all elements of the digital campaign, including identifying target audiences, leading creative direction on assets and landing page, developing campaign content, and launching and optimizing the campaign.

  • Work closely with technology, product managers, and analytics to ideate on and experiment with new capabilities and features to improve the conversion funnel.

  • Lead performance measurement and actionable insights by analyzing test results and campaign performances to drive optimization and enhance forecasting.


  • 8+ years of B2C digital growth and engagement marketing.

  • Experience with marketing automation and email marketing.

  • Experience with Hubspot is ideal.

  • Experience with social, display, and paid search advertising.

  • Visionary leader who seeks out new & innovative ideas & trends.

  • Strong individual contributor, who doesn't mind getting their hands dirty.

  • Excellent communicator, both visually & verbally.

  • Team-player and self-starter with a bias for action; can make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Comfortable with data and proficient measuring and optimizing campaign performance.

  • Comfortable within a fast-growth start-up environment, building new processes and setting up new growth and engagement capabilities.

  • Preferably located in San Francisco or New York City.
