Securitize announces $48 million Series B capital raise to build future of Digital Asset Securities

Securitize (www.securitize.io) is a start-up aiming to modernize finance by leveraging blockchain technology where it makes sense. As the lead platform on Digital Securities issuances (also known as Security Tokens), Securitize sits in the intersection of technology, capital markets and the opportunity to bring a new kind of assets to a growing base of worldwide investors. Our platform aims to provide an end-to-end service to issuers during their whole lifecycle, including providing our SEC-registered Transfer Agent functions. Our team, with offices in Miami, New York, Buenos Aires, Tokyo or Tel Aviv, is working with partners providing liquidity, custody or asset management to issuers and investors, and defining a new industry with every step.
We’re looking for a passionate Product Manager, potentially close to any of our US hubs (New York, Miami and San Francisco) but remote working is encouraged, to helps us grow our product offering around Transfer Agent Services. Candidates should be able to find opportunities for new products in uncertain environments and be able to understand how blockchain technology and developers can revolutionize the Capital markets industry.
Experience in Transfer Agent services, having performed activities at a product or operational level, is required. In particular, experience with Mutual Fund Transfer Agent operations is preferred. Blockchain knowledge, especially around tokenization and smart contracts, as the role is expected to bring a vision on how to further digitize traditional transfer agency activities blockchain.
